Registered Address: 54 State St STE 804, Albany, New York 12207-2524
Legal / Contract Notices: support@onemoreholiday.com

Terms Version: September 2026

These Master Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all quotations, invoices, booking summaries, itineraries, payment requests, travel packages, Umrah packages, flights, hotels, visas, transfers, tours, Ziyarah services, guide services, group arrangements, website use, and other travel-related services arranged or provided through Alhadi Travel.

Alhadi Travel is a division and/or brand of One More Holiday LLC and is not a separate legal entity. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all contracts, bookings, invoices, payments, refunds, cancellations, claims, disputes, and travel services offered under the Alhadi Travel name are legally entered into, issued, received, administered, and handled by One More Holiday LLC operating through its Alhadi Travel division/brand.

For purposes of these Terms, “Alhadi Travel,” “Alhadi,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean One More Holiday LLC operating through Alhadi Travel.

By requesting a quotation, approving an itinerary or invoice, signing an authorization form, replying with written approval, making a deposit or other payment, authorizing payment, instructing Alhadi Travel to proceed, or permitting Alhadi Travel to begin arranging services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

These Terms apply together with the relevant invoice, booking summary, itinerary, quotation, payment request, authorization form, supplier terms, and written booking confirmations.

  1. Company and Legal Entity

Alhadi Travel operates as a division and/or brand of One More Holiday LLC.

Legal Name: One More Holiday LLC
Registered Address: 54 State St STE 804, Albany, New York 12207-2524

One More Holiday LLC is the legal seller, contracting entity, and payee for services sold through Alhadi Travel unless different written instructions are expressly provided by authorized One More Holiday LLC or Alhadi Travel management.

Payment made to One More Holiday LLC for an Alhadi Travel invoice will be treated as payment for the relevant Alhadi Travel booking.

  1. Definitions

“Customer,” “you,” or “your” means the person requesting a quotation, approving a booking, making or authorizing payment, using Alhadi Travel’s services, or accepting these Terms.

“Traveler,” “passenger,” “pilgrim,” or “guest” means any person listed on a booking, invoice, itinerary, airline ticket, hotel voucher, visa application, transfer, tour, Ziyarah arrangement, group booking, or package.

“Lead traveler” means the person identified as the primary booking contact or principal traveler.

“Group leader” means the person, mosque representative, Imam, organizer, coordinator, institution, association, business, or other representative communicating with Alhadi Travel on behalf of a group.

“Payer” or “cardholder” means the individual, business, organization, mosque, institution, or other person making or authorizing payment.

“Supplier” means an independent third-party provider, including airlines, hotels, resorts, apartments, visa processors, transportation companies, bus operators, drivers, guides, tour operators, consolidators, wholesalers, bed banks, ground handlers, payment processors, government authorities, immigration authorities, Saudi authorities, airports, and other providers.

“Booking summary” includes any invoice, quotation, itinerary, written confirmation, proposal, or similar document identifying the services included in a booking.

“Written” includes communications by email, WhatsApp, electronic message, electronically completed form, signed document, or another communication method reasonably connected to the booking.

  1. Scope of Services

These Terms apply to services arranged through Alhadi Travel, including but not limited to:

Umrah packages; flights; hotels and accommodation; visas and visa-assistance services; airport transfers; Makkah–Madinah and other intercity transportation; private and shared transportation; Ziyarah; guide services; airport assistance; tours and activities; group Umrah arrangements; customized religious-travel arrangements; stopovers or additional destinations included with an Umrah package; and any other travel-related service expressly arranged by Alhadi Travel.

If Alhadi Travel offers Hajj or another specially regulated pilgrimage product in the future, additional government, supplier, platform, Ministry, Nusuk, licensing, allocation, and booking terms may apply. Hajj services are included within these Terms only where expressly offered by Alhadi Travel and legally permitted.

  1. Alhadi Travel’s Role as Travel Agent, Intermediary, and Arranger

Alhadi Travel acts as a travel agent, intermediary, facilitator, and arranger of travel services.

Alhadi Travel does not own, operate, manage, inspect, supervise, or control airlines, aircraft, airports, hotels, rooms, buildings, buses, vans, vehicles, drivers, guides, visa systems, Saudi government systems, Nusuk, immigration authorities, religious sites, tour operators, consolidators, wholesalers, payment processors, or other third-party suppliers.

Actual performance of flights, accommodation, visas, transportation, Ziyarah, guide services, airport services, immigration processes, and other travel components remains the responsibility of the relevant supplier, operator, government authority, or service provider.

Supplier terms, fare rules, cancellation policies, amendment rules, penalties, schedules, operational procedures, hotel rules, airline rules, visa rules, transport rules, baggage policies, and governmental requirements may apply in addition to these Terms.

Alhadi Travel will use commercially reasonable efforts to assist customers with supplier-related issues but does not guarantee that any supplier will approve a refund, waiver, credit, compensation, upgrade, alternate arrangement, exception, or special request.

  1. Booking Authority and Responsibility for Travelers

The person approving a booking confirms that they are authorized to act for all travelers included in the booking.

This authority includes providing traveler information, approving the itinerary, accepting these Terms, authorizing payment, requesting changes, receiving booking communications, approving permitted cancellations, and making booking decisions.

The customer must review all booking information before Alhadi Travel proceeds, including:

traveler names exactly as shown on passports; dates of birth; gender; nationality; passport information; visa eligibility; travel dates; airports; routes; layovers; destinations; hotel names; room types; occupancy; meal plans; views; stay dates; transfers; Ziyarah arrangements; package inclusions; payment amount; payment deadlines; payment method; baggage allowance; and refundability.

Errors or omissions must be reported before tickets, hotels, visas, transfers, tours, or other services are submitted, issued, confirmed, or booked.

After supplier commitment or issuance, corrections may be unavailable and may result in fare differences, reissue fees, amendment charges, cancellation penalties, supplier fees, or loss of payment.

  1. Customer Acceptance and Written Confirmation

A booking may be accepted by signing an invoice or authorization form, replying by email or WhatsApp, making or authorizing payment, or instructing Alhadi Travel to proceed.

Clear written approval from the customer, lead traveler, group leader, payer, cardholder, or another authorized person may be treated as confirmation.

Examples include:

“confirmed,” “agreed,” “approved,” “okay,” “ok,” “yes,” “proceed,” “go ahead,” or similar language sent after the relevant invoice, itinerary, quotation, booking summary, or payment request has been provided.

If a customer sends confirmation only to an Alhadi Travel agent or consultant rather than copying support or other recipients, the confirmation remains valid.

The customer authorizes Alhadi Travel to internally forward, retain, archive, and rely upon such communications for booking, supplier, payment, accounting, chargeback, and dispute-resolution purposes.

  1. Booking Documents and Order of Precedence

The booking-specific invoice, booking summary, itinerary, quotation, authorization, written confirmation, and these Terms collectively form the agreement.

Booking-specific documents control the specific itinerary, dates, price, passenger information, room type, payment schedule, and expressly listed inclusions.

These Master Terms govern general booking conditions, supplier responsibility, cancellations, refunds, liability, customer responsibilities, dispute handling, and related matters.

If an authorized Alhadi Travel management representative expressly agrees in writing to a booking-specific exception that conflicts with a general provision of these Terms, that expressly stated booking-specific exception will control only for the matter identified.

  1. Quotes, Availability, and Confirmation

All fares, prices, hotel rates, visa costs, transportation charges, taxes, supplier charges, room availability, airline inventory, visa availability, tours, and package components remain subject to change until confirmed, issued, vouchered, ticketed, submitted, or otherwise finalized by the applicable supplier.

Payment does not itself guarantee that a quoted fare, hotel, room, flight, transfer, visa, tour, or other component remains available.

A booking is confirmed only when Alhadi Travel provides appropriate written confirmation and, where applicable, airline ticket numbers, hotel vouchers, supplier confirmation numbers, visa confirmation, transportation confirmation, or other final documents.

If availability or pricing changes, Alhadi Travel may offer an alternative. Any additional amount must be approved before Alhadi Travel proceeds.

If the customer rejects an available alternative, refundability depends on each component’s status, supplier rules, services already performed, amounts already committed, applicable administrative charges, and applicable law.

  1. Included and Excluded Services

Only services expressly identified as included on the invoice, booking summary, itinerary, quotation, or written confirmation are included.

Anything not expressly listed as included remains the traveler’s responsibility.

Unless expressly included, examples of excluded items may include airline baggage or excess baggage; seats; upgrades; priority boarding; airline meals or ancillary services; hotel city, tourism, or government charges; security deposits; incidental holds; early check-in; late check-out; room upgrades; special bedding; adjoining rooms; special views; additional beds; hotel amenities; meals; room service; minibar; laundry; gratuities; porterage; personal expenses; travel insurance; medical or emergency expenses; transit visas; document corrections; vaccinations; health documentation; additional transfers; additional Ziyarah; guides; airport assistance; and expenses arising from missed flights, no-shows, passenger error, immigration refusal, denied boarding, or independently booked arrangements.

  1. Mandatory Hotel and Accommodation Charges

Where Alhadi Travel is required by applicable law to disclose or include known and calculable mandatory lodging charges in an advertised or offered total price, Alhadi Travel will do so.

Government-imposed taxes or charges and optional services may be disclosed separately where permitted by law.

Charges collected directly by a hotel, government, supplier, or local authority and not collected by Alhadi Travel remain payable directly by the traveler where legally permissible.

A booking document may specifically identify charges payable locally.

  1. Non-Refundable Package Policy

Unless Alhadi Travel expressly states otherwise in writing, packages, deposits, partial payments, and full payments may become non-refundable once Alhadi Travel begins work, submits supplier requests, issues tickets, reserves or guarantees hotels, submits visa applications, confirms transportation, arranges tours or Ziyarah, obtains group allocations, or commits funds to suppliers.

Any exception must be expressly confirmed in writing.

A package may include several independently governed components. Even where one component becomes refundable, other components may remain used, partially used, non-refundable, restricted, or subject to supplier penalties.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates a refund right that cannot legally be waived.

  1. Payments and Deadlines

Unless a written payment plan has been issued and agreed by Alhadi Travel, payment is due on the same day or by the deadline stated in the invoice, quotation, payment request, or written communication.

A verbal discussion or request for additional time does not extend a deadline.

Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation, loss of airfare, hotel space, room type, transfer, visa opportunity, tour, group allocation, or package availability; price increases; supplier penalties; reissue charges; loss of refundability; or forfeiture of non-refundable amounts.

If payment is delayed because of banking limits, ACH or wire processing, Zelle limits, card authorization problems, payment holds, weekends, holidays, third-party processing, incorrect information, or circumstances outside Alhadi Travel’s control, resulting fare differences, price increases, penalties, availability loss, or refundability loss remain the customer’s responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

  1. Payment Methods

Payments may be accepted through One More Holiday LLC by ACH, wire transfer, Zelle, credit card, approved payment link, PayPal, cash deposit where permitted, or another payment method expressly approved in writing.

Payment methods and account instructions may vary by booking.

A payment is considered received only when cleared funds are available to One More Holiday LLC or the relevant payment processor confirms successful payment.

Customers must use only verified payment instructions supplied through an official Alhadi Travel or One More Holiday LLC communication.

Alhadi Travel and One More Holiday LLC are not responsible for funds voluntarily sent to altered instructions, impersonators, unauthorized third parties, or accounts not authorized in writing by Alhadi Travel or One More Holiday LLC.

  1. Credit Cards, Processing Surcharges, and Authorization

Credit-card transactions may be subject to a disclosed surcharge where permitted by applicable law, processor requirements, acquiring-bank requirements, and card-network rules.

Any surcharge will be disclosed before payment and will not exceed the amount permitted by applicable law or relevant card-network rules.

Debit and prepaid cards will not be surcharged where prohibited.

Card processing fees and permitted payment surcharges are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.

Alhadi Travel may require a signed payment authorization, cardholder confirmation, billing information, identification, or transaction verification where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention or payment authorization.

Card details and sensitive authentication information must be handled through approved secure procedures.

  1. Third-Party Payers, Mosques, Organizations, and Cardholders

A payment may be made by a traveler, family member, mosque, Imam, group organizer, business, institution, cardholder, or other third party.

The payer confirms that payment is authorized and voluntarily made for the identified booking.

A third-party payer does not acquire independent cancellation or refund rights beyond those available under the booking, supplier rules, these Terms, and applicable law.

Alhadi Travel may require instructions or authorization from the lead traveler, group leader, payer, cardholder, or other relevant authorized person before acting on refund, amendment, cancellation, or payment-dispute requests.

  1. Payment Plans

A payment plan exists only if Alhadi Travel confirms it in writing.

Requesting installments does not reserve inventory or guarantee the existing package price.

Supplier deadlines may require an earlier payment than originally anticipated. If so, the customer must pay by the revised deadline communicated by Alhadi Travel.

Failure to comply with a payment plan or revised supplier deadline may cause cancellation, price changes, supplier penalties, lost availability, refund loss, reissue charges, amendment charges, or forfeiture of non-refundable amounts.

  1. Immediate Booking Authorization

Travel services are time-sensitive and may require same-day ticketing, hotel guarantees, visa submission, transportation commitments, group deposits, supplier deadlines, or immediate payment.

By approving the booking, authorizing payment, making payment, or instructing Alhadi Travel to proceed, the customer authorizes Alhadi Travel and One More Holiday LLC to begin arranging, booking, ticketing, reserving, submitting, and committing funds immediately.

This authorization does not waive any statutory cancellation or refund right that legally cannot be waived.

  1. Amendments and Changes

All requested changes must be submitted in writing.

Changes are subject to availability, fare rules, visa rules, hotel policies, transportation rules, supplier conditions, rate differences, administrative charges, amendment charges, and applicable law.

Changes requested after ticketing, hotel confirmation, visa submission, transportation confirmation, or supplier commitment may be unavailable or non-refundable.

Alhadi Travel is not responsible for losses caused by a customer-requested change, delayed response, incorrect information, failure to approve additional charges in time, or supplier refusal to permit a requested change.

  1. Customer Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made in writing.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, services already issued, submitted, used, partially used, confirmed, guaranteed, or financially committed may remain non-refundable.

If a supplier permits a refund or credit, Alhadi Travel will process the amount ultimately available after applicable supplier penalties, used services, non-refundable components, disclosed service or administrative fees, payment-processing deductions, and applicable law.

Unused services do not automatically become refundable because of passenger illness, family circumstances, missed flights, no-shows, late arrival, early departure, traveler choice, denied boarding, immigration refusal, missing documents, custody issues, guardianship restrictions, court orders, independently booked travel disruption, or another circumstance outside Alhadi Travel’s reasonable control.

  1. Administrative and Service Fees

Alhadi Travel and/or One More Holiday LLC may charge administrative, consultation, service, refund-processing, cancellation-processing, amendment, reissue-handling, documentation, group-management, or other service-related fees for work performed.

Such fees may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law after work has commenced.

The applicable amount may be stated in the invoice, quotation, payment request, written communication, or other booking-specific document.

Any refund calculation may include supplier penalties, non-refundable supplier amounts, used services, disclosed Alhadi Travel or One More Holiday LLC service fees, administrative fees, and legally permitted payment-processing deductions.

  1. Refund Processing

Where a refund is available, Alhadi Travel will submit or process the refund through the applicable airline, consolidator, hotel, visa provider, transportation supplier, tour operator, payment processor, or other relevant provider.

Supplier refund timelines vary.

A supplier approving a refund does not necessarily mean that One More Holiday LLC has already received the funds.

Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method unless another method is agreed in writing or required by law.

Nothing in this section delays or limits any refund deadline imposed directly on One More Holiday LLC or Alhadi Travel by applicable law.

  1. Flights, Airlines, and Schedule Changes

Airlines control flight schedules, operating carriers, aircraft, routes, airports, check-in, boarding, seat assignments, baggage rules, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, rebooking, and operational decisions.

Alhadi Travel is not responsible for airline-caused delays, schedule changes, aircraft changes, seat changes, operating-carrier changes, denied boarding, baggage issues, airport changes, or other airline operational decisions, except to the extent liability is imposed by applicable law.

Travelers must monitor airline communications and reconfirm their flights before travel.

Travelers should arrive sufficiently early for check-in and security and must comply with airline and airport deadlines.

  1. Airline Refund Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits a passenger’s non-waivable refund rights under applicable U.S. Department of Transportation regulations or other applicable law.

Where a covered flight to, from, or within the United States is cancelled or significantly changed and the traveler does not accept the applicable alternative, rebooking, credit, voucher, or other compensation, refund rights will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the relevant merchant-of-record and ticketing arrangements.

Where One More Holiday LLC or Alhadi Travel has a legal obligation as ticket agent or merchant of record to provide a refund, the refund will be handled as required by applicable law.

  1. Separate PNRs, Separate Tickets, Codeshares, and Self-Transfers

Where an itinerary uses separate PNRs, separate tickets, different airlines, codeshare arrangements, self-transfer arrangements, or independently booked segments, each booking may operate independently.

Unless expressly confirmed otherwise, Alhadi Travel does not guarantee through-checking of baggage, connection protection, automatic rebooking, airport transfers, immigration clearance time, terminal transfers, or protection against missed onward services.

The traveler is responsible for allowing sufficient connection time.

  1. Baggage, Seats, and Airline Ancillary Services

Airlines control checked baggage, carry-on rules, weight limits, excess baggage, seats, meals, boarding priority, wheelchair services, special assistance, and other ancillary services.

These may vary by airline, operating carrier, codeshare partner, fare, ticket, cabin, loyalty status, route, separate ticket, and separate PNR.

Baggage, seats, and ancillary services are not included unless expressly stated in writing.

Travelers must review their PNR, e-ticket, passenger names, routing, airports, transit times, baggage allowance, and other ticket information promptly after issuance and notify Alhadi Travel of any discrepancy as soon as possible.

Alhadi Travel is not responsible for airline baggage charges or ancillary-service disputes except where Alhadi Travel expressly confirmed the relevant service as included or applicable law provides otherwise.

  1. Independently Booked Travel

Alhadi Travel is responsible only for services expressly included in the booking.

If a traveler separately books a flight, hotel, transfer, visa, tour, activity, insurance policy, or other service through another provider, Alhadi Travel is not responsible for disruption caused by that independent arrangement.

An independently booked flight delay or cancellation does not make otherwise non-refundable Alhadi-arranged hotels, transfers, tours, or other services refundable.

  1. Hotels and Accommodation Standards

Hotels and accommodation providers control room allocation, bedding configuration, room size, views, floors, amenities, housekeeping, cleanliness, maintenance, staff, meals, shuttle operations, check-in and check-out, deposits, incidental holds, accessibility features, renovations, and other property operations.

Alhadi Travel arranges accommodation based on available supplier and hotel information but does not own, inspect, operate, supervise, or control hotel properties.

Hotel star ratings, photographs, descriptions, Haram proximity, walking-distance estimates, shuttle information, renovation notices, room views, and amenities may be based on supplier, hotel, mapping, or third-party information and may change.

“Walking distance,” “near Haram,” “Haram view,” “Kaaba view,” “partial view,” and similar descriptions are subject to the relevant hotel’s classification, room inventory, physical access conditions, crowd-control measures, road access, and supplier confirmation.

  1. Hotel Issues During Travel

Hotel problems must be promptly reported to hotel management and Alhadi Travel while the traveler is still at the property.

The hotel must be given a reasonable opportunity to investigate and correct the issue.

Alhadi Travel will use commercially reasonable efforts to assist with documented reservation or check-in issues but cannot guarantee refunds, compensation, upgrades, room moves, hotel quality, staff performance, maintenance standards, or other remedies controlled by the hotel or supplier.

Failure to report an issue during the stay may substantially limit the ability to obtain a supplier remedy.

  1. Room Occupancy, Children, Bedding, and Meals

Room occupancy, child policies, extra beds, rollaway beds, cribs, bedding arrangements, breakfast entitlements, child meal charges, and maximum occupancy are controlled by the hotel or accommodation supplier.

A child included within room occupancy is not automatically entitled to a separate bed, breakfast, free accommodation, or other benefit unless expressly confirmed.

Quad, triple, family, and similar room descriptions do not necessarily mean that each traveler receives a separate conventional bed.

Meal plans and service times may vary, especially during Ramadan, religious events, peak travel periods, hotel operational changes, or local restrictions.

  1. Special Requests and Fitness for Particular Purpose

Special requests are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing by both the relevant supplier and Alhadi Travel.

This includes connecting rooms, adjoining rooms, Haram views, Kaaba views, high floors, bedding preferences, dietary requirements, mobility requests, wheelchair assistance, special meals, airport assistance, hotel proximity expectations, private transportation, specific vehicle type, and other preferences.

Travelers must disclose essential requirements before booking.

  1. Transfers and Ground Transportation

Transportation may be private, shared, scheduled, supplier-controlled, or group-operated as specified in the booking.

Pickup times, routes, vehicle type, seating, driver assignments, luggage capacity, meeting points, waiting times, and travel duration may change due to airport procedures, traffic, road closures, Saudi regulations, crowd control, security arrangements, supplier operations, weather, prayer periods, religious events, or other circumstances outside Alhadi Travel’s control.

Quoted journey times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Travelers must follow pickup instructions and be available at the notified time and location.

Failure to appear at the required pickup point may be treated as a no-show and may require new transportation at the traveler’s expense.

  1. Ziyarah, Tours, Guides, and Local Services

Ziyarah, religious tours, guides, local transportation, airport assistance, and other destination services are provided by independent suppliers.

Locations, sequence, timings, access, duration, guide availability, vehicle arrangements, and sites visited may change because of closures, traffic, security restrictions, weather, crowd-control measures, supplier decisions, government requirements, or local circumstances.

A site that becomes inaccessible, closed, restricted, or unavailable does not automatically entitle the traveler to a refund of the entire package.

  1. Religious Guidance

Where guide or religious-information services are included, such services are intended to facilitate the traveler’s journey.

Alhadi Travel does not make a guarantee regarding an individual traveler’s religious obligations, validity of personal religious acts, or individual religious rulings.

Travelers seeking religious rulings should consult an appropriately qualified religious scholar or authority.

  1. Passports, Visas, Immigration, and Documents

Each traveler is responsible for holding valid and sufficient passports, visas, transit visas, vaccination records, health documentation, immigration documents, parental-consent documents, custody documents, and other travel documentation.

Passport validity and entry requirements vary by nationality, residency status, destination, transit country, airline, and current government rules.

Alhadi Travel may provide general assistance or information but final responsibility for eligibility and documentation remains with the traveler unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Visa issuance does not guarantee airline boarding, transit permission, entry, immigration clearance, or admission to Saudi Arabia or another destination.

Final decisions remain with airlines, immigration authorities, border officers, governments, and destination authorities.

  1. Visa Applications and Visa Fees

Visa applications depend on government systems, eligibility, documentation, nationality, travel history, biometric requirements, processing capacity, and government discretion.

Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Government authorities may request additional information or documents.

Visa fees, processing fees, service charges, and supplier costs may become non-refundable once an application is submitted or processing begins, subject to applicable law.

Alhadi Travel is not responsible for visa refusal, delayed approval, system outage, government processing delay, change in eligibility, immigration refusal, or government-policy change except to the extent required by law.

  1. Saudi Arabia, Umrah, Nusuk, and Religious-Travel Rules

Travelers acknowledge that Umrah is subject to Saudi laws, Ministry requirements, immigration rules, visa regulations, Nusuk systems, transportation regulations, hotel access rules, group movement controls, security measures, crowd-control arrangements, and religious-site access restrictions.

These rules may change before or during travel.

Travelers must comply with current Saudi laws, visa conditions, airline instructions, hotel requirements, transportation arrangements, security directions, and applicable religious-site rules.

Alhadi Travel is not responsible for changes imposed by Saudi authorities, Nusuk, airlines, hotels, transport providers, immigration authorities, religious-site authorities, or other third parties except where applicable law provides otherwise.

  1. Nusuk, Rawdah, Permits, and Religious-Site Access

Rawdah appointments, Nusuk permits, specific appointment times, special access, entry to particular religious sites, prayer-area access, and similar government- or platform-controlled services are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing by Alhadi Travel as a guaranteed package inclusion.

Even where an appointment, permit, or access arrangement has been obtained, the relevant authority may change, cancel, delay, reschedule, restrict, or refuse access.

Alhadi Travel is not responsible for losses caused by Nusuk outages, permit unavailability, identity-verification issues, crowd control, government restrictions, appointment changes, or religious-site operational decisions except as required by law.

  1. Hijri Dates, Ramadan, Religious Events, and Calendar Changes

Hijri dates, Ramadan dates, Eid dates, religious-event dates, pilgrimage periods, and related operational schedules may depend on official announcements and lunar-calendar determinations.

Dates may therefore change from projected dates.

Hotel pricing, meals, transportation, access, crowd controls, supplier schedules, and religious-site arrangements may change accordingly.

Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, Alhadi Travel is not responsible for changes arising solely from official Hijri-calendar or religious-event determinations.

  1. Zamzam and Religious Items

Transportation or carriage of Zamzam water, religious items, gifts, food, liquids, or other special items is subject to airline, airport, customs, security, baggage, government, and destination-country rules.

Alhadi Travel does not guarantee that an airline will accept Zamzam or another item as baggage unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Any applicable baggage or handling charges remain subject to airline rules.

  1. Traveler Eligibility and Personal or Legal Circumstances

Travelers must confirm that they are legally and practically able to travel before booking.

Alhadi Travel is not responsible for inability to travel resulting from court orders, custody disputes, guardianship restrictions, family disputes, criminal matters, immigration history, unpaid fines, government restrictions, school or employment issues, lack of required consent, health restrictions, or other personal or legal circumstances.

If a traveler cannot travel because of such a circumstance, supplier cancellation and refund rules continue to apply.

  1. Minors and Child Travelers

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for minors.

They must ensure that each minor has required passports, visas, parental-consent letters, custody documentation, airline approvals, and immigration documentation.

Unaccompanied-minor travel, child-only tickets, minors traveling separately from accompanying adults, or minors traveling with only one parent may be subject to additional airline, immigration, destination, and transit-country requirements.

Alhadi Travel does not guarantee boarding or transportation where airline, government, safety, immigration, or supplier rules prevent travel.

  1. Group Umrah Bookings

Group bookings may involve group airfares, group hotel allocations, shared buses, group guides, rooming lists, minimum passenger counts, deposits, balance deadlines, name deadlines, ticketing deadlines, group visa processing, and supplier-specific conditions.

Changes in passenger count, traveler names, rooming list, payment status, departure city, dates, room occupancy, or supplier allocation may affect the package price.

Group deposits and confirmed allocations may become non-refundable once Alhadi Travel submits requests, obtains space, issues tickets, reserves rooms, guarantees services, or commits supplier funds.

  1. Group Leader and Mosque / Organization Authority

The group leader, Imam, mosque representative, coordinator, business, organization, or person approving a group booking represents that they have authority to communicate with Alhadi Travel regarding the group to the extent stated or reasonably apparent from the booking arrangement.

Alhadi Travel may rely on group-level instructions concerning rooming lists, traveler details, payment coordination, package approval, permitted changes, and operational matters.

The group leader is responsible for communicating booking information and applicable terms to group members unless Alhadi Travel communicates directly with each traveler.

Individual passengers remain responsible for their own passports, immigration eligibility, personal legal circumstances, and required travel documentation.

  1. Passenger-Count and Group-Price Changes

Group prices may depend upon a minimum number of paying passengers, negotiated group airfare, hotel room allocation, bus capacity, guide cost, or other shared expenses.

If the final passenger count decreases or the rooming configuration changes, the per-person price may increase.

Where such a pricing condition applies, Alhadi Travel may issue a revised price before final commitment or require the group to cover supplier-imposed differences.

  1. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Unless expressly included, travel insurance is not part of the package.

Travelers should consider appropriate insurance for trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, emergency evacuation, missed connections, baggage loss, supplier failure, illness, death, delay, and other travel risks.

Declining insurance may limit the traveler’s ability to recover otherwise unrecoverable losses.

  1. Health, Fitness, Mobility, and Special Assistance

Umrah may involve substantial walking, crowds, heat, stairs, long distances, extended waiting, transportation delays, physical exertion, and limited access in congested areas.

Travelers are responsible for determining whether they are medically and physically able to undertake the journey.

Medical conditions, pregnancy-related requirements, disability-related needs, mobility requirements, dietary needs, or special assistance requirements should be disclosed before booking.

Alhadi Travel may request assistance from suppliers but cannot guarantee accessibility or special services unless expressly confirmed.

Alhadi Travel does not provide medical care, nursing, personal care, lifting assistance, feeding assistance, mobility support, or personal escort services unless expressly included.

  1. Traveler Conduct

Travelers must comply with airline, hotel, transportation, visa, Saudi, immigration, religious-site, government, security, tour, and local rules.

A traveler who causes damage, disturbance, harassment, unlawful conduct, safety risk, supplier refusal, or removal from a service remains responsible for resulting charges, losses, penalties, damages, supplier costs, and alternative arrangements.

Alhadi Travel is not responsible where a supplier or authority refuses service because of traveler conduct or non-compliance.

  1. Force Majeure and Events Outside Alhadi Travel’s Control

Alhadi Travel is not responsible, except where applicable law provides otherwise, for delay, cancellation, disruption, additional cost, or failure caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Such events may include war; terrorism; civil unrest; security incidents; political instability; severe weather; natural disasters; floods; earthquakes; fires; epidemic or pandemic events; quarantine; government restrictions; airline cancellations; airport closures; strikes; visa suspension; border restrictions; government action; Saudi regulatory changes; Nusuk outages; hotel overbooking; supplier insolvency or failure; transportation disruption; technical failures; payment-system outages; banking delays; road closures; crowd-control measures; or changes in applicable law, tax, visa rules, religious-travel rules, or official calendar dates.

Refunds, credits, rebooking, or alternatives in such circumstances depend on supplier rules, amounts recoverable, applicable law, and the status of each booking component.

  1. Complaints and Issue Reporting

Travel problems should be reported promptly during travel to the relevant supplier and Alhadi Travel.

Hotel problems must first be reported to hotel management and Alhadi Travel so that a reasonable opportunity exists to resolve them.

Transportation, tour, Ziyarah, guide, or local-service issues should be reported as soon as reasonably possible.

Failure to report a problem while it can still be investigated may limit Alhadi Travel’s ability to obtain evidence, communicate with the supplier, arrange a remedy, or pursue compensation.

Post-travel complaints should include supporting evidence such as photographs, video, receipts, hotel correspondence, airline notices, names of staff, supplier communications, and the relevant date and time.

  1. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback, PayPal dispute, card dispute, bank claim, or similar payment dispute, the customer agrees to contact Alhadi Travel in writing and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate.

Nothing in this requirement waives any legal right to initiate a dispute.

A chargeback does not automatically cancel issued tickets, hotels, submitted visas, transportation, tours, supplier commitments, or services already provided.

Where a dispute concerns an authorized payment, Alhadi Travel and One More Holiday LLC may provide relevant evidence to a bank, processor, card network, court, supplier, or other authorized party.

Evidence may include the invoice, booking summary, authorization, payment records, customer communications, confirmation messages, airline records, tickets, hotel vouchers, visa records, transportation confirmations, service records, supplier terms, and these Terms.

  1. Documents, Data, Records, and Communications

Customers authorize Alhadi Travel and One More Holiday LLC to collect, use, transmit, and retain information reasonably necessary to provide travel services.

This may include passenger names, passport information, visa documents, contact details, payment records, travel preferences, booking communications, identification, and supplier confirmations.

Information may be shared where reasonably necessary with airlines, hotels, visa processors, transportation providers, guides, tour operators, consolidators, payment processors, government authorities, immigration authorities, professional advisors, insurers, and other relevant service providers.

Booking records, invoices, authorizations, payment confirmations, WhatsApp messages, emails, supplier documents, complaint records, passport or visa documentation, and dispute records may be retained for booking performance, accounting, tax, legal, compliance, fraud prevention, chargeback, audit, and recordkeeping purposes.

Customers should not send unnecessary sensitive payment information.

  1. Website Content and Marketing Materials

Website content, advertisements, social-media posts, hotel photographs, sample itineraries, starting prices, marketing packages, religious-site photographs, destination descriptions, and promotional materials are general information unless incorporated into a booking-specific written confirmation.

They remain subject to availability, seasonality, supplier confirmation, rate changes, tax changes, government requirements, and operational changes.

Booking-specific written documents control over general promotional material concerning the actual services purchased.

  1. Intellectual Property

Alhadi Travel and One More Holiday LLC names, branding, logos, website content, designs, layouts, written material, quotations, package descriptions, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to One More Holiday LLC unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, commercially reproduced, scraped, distributed, modified, or used without authorization.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One More Holiday LLC, operating through Alhadi Travel, is not responsible for injury, death, illness, delay, cancellation, denied boarding, denied entry, accident, property loss, emotional distress, inconvenience, missed events, lost income, additional expenses, hotel overbooking, schedule changes, supplier acts or omissions, supplier insolvency, or supplier service failure arising from independent suppliers, governmental authorities, or events outside its reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One More Holiday LLC’s liability for a booking-related claim will not exceed the amount paid to One More Holiday LLC for the specific affected service giving rise to the claim.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One More Holiday LLC and Alhadi Travel are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic losses, including lost income, independently booked services, missed events, reputational harm, replacement travel, or expenses incurred without prior written approval.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability that legally cannot be excluded or restricted.

  1. No Unauthorized Agent Modification

No agent, consultant, sales representative, guide, supplier, WhatsApp message, phone conversation, advertisement, social-media message, or verbal statement changes these Terms unless the change is expressly confirmed in writing by authorized Alhadi Travel or One More Holiday LLC management.

Agents may communicate supplier information, quotes, and booking arrangements but may not independently create refund guarantees, cancellation exceptions, or liability commitments unless authorized.

  1. New York Travel Agreement Cancellation Rights

Where New York General Business Law §157-a or another applicable cancellation statute applies to a transaction, the customer will receive the cancellation disclosure required by applicable law.

Any applicable statutory cancellation right, notice requirement, refund obligation, or legally required cancellation form will control over an inconsistent non-refundable provision in these Terms.

Where the statutory New York cancellation provision applies, customers should send cancellation notice to:

One More Holiday LLC / Alhadi Travel
54 State St STE 804
Albany, New York 12207-2524
Email: support@onemoreholiday.com

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive a cancellation right that cannot legally be waived.

  1. State-Specific Consumer and Seller-of-Travel Requirements

Customers may have rights under federal, state, or local law that cannot be waived.

Where a state-specific seller-of-travel registration, disclosure, bond, trust-account, cancellation, advertisement, refund, or notice requirement applies, One More Holiday LLC will comply with applicable non-waivable requirements.

Alhadi Travel may decline, delay, restrict, or modify a booking where reasonably necessary to comply with such requirements.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and related bookings, invoices, payments, packages, and services are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from these Terms or a related booking will be subject to the appropriate state or federal courts located in Albany County, New York.

Nothing in this provision overrides a venue or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified or severed only to the minimum extent necessary.

The remaining provisions remain in effect.

  1. Changes to These Terms

Alhadi Travel may update these Terms from time to time.

For an already confirmed booking, the version accepted in connection with that booking will generally apply unless Alhadi Travel and the customer expressly agree otherwise or a change is required by law.

Updated Terms may apply to future bookings, future quotations, future payments, future website use, and future services.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the booking-specific invoice, booking summary, itinerary, quotation, payment request, written confirmations, supplier rules incorporated into the booking, and any signed authorization form constitute the agreement concerning the relevant booking.

They supersede prior general advertising, website examples, informal discussions, and verbal statements except for an expressly agreed booking-specific written exception issued by authorized management.
